Data you provide voluntarily through our contact form or by email:
- Name

- Company
- Phone number

We do not collect sensitive personal data (racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, political opinions, sexual orientation). We also do not request financial or asset information through the website.
3. Why we use your data
Primary purposes. These are necessary to serve you; without them we cannot provide our service:
- Respond to your request, quotation or commercial enquiry.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and supply agreements.
- Manage the commercial relationship: logistics, export documentation, invoicing and collections.
- Comply with legal, tax, customs and foreign trade obligations.
- Keep the website secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
Secondary purposes. These are not necessary to serve you. You may object to them at any time without affecting your commercial relationship with us:
- Send you commercial communications, product availability bulletins and seasonal calendars.
- Invite you to trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
- Produce aggregated statistics and market research to improve our offering and our website.
If you do not want us to process your data for secondary purposes, write to info@fruvex.mx or use the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
4. Legal basis for processing
In Mexico, processing is carried out with your consent, which is deemed tacitly granted when you provide us with your data and do not object, in accordance with article 8 of the LFPDPPP.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, we process your data on one of the following GDPR legal bases:
- Pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)): to respond to your request and manage the commercial relationship.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)): for site security, fraud prevention, and promoting similar products to existing customers.
- Consent (art. 6(1)(a)): for non-essential cookies and for commercial emails to non-customers. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)): to retain tax and foreign trade records.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
The site uses first-party and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on your device that allows your browser to be recognised.
- Essential cookies: required for the site to work (session, selected language, form security). They do not require your consent.
- Analytics and measurement cookies: deployed through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site is navigated.
- Marketing cookies: used by HubSpot to recognise returning visitors and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all allow this in their privacy section). You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If you disable essential cookies, parts of the site may stop working correctly.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following cases:
Vendors that process data on our behalf (processors). They access only what is strictly necessary and are contractually bound to protect it:
- Hosting provider — hosting of the website and of the database where requests are stored.
- Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) — audience measurement. United States.
- HubSpot — customer and prospect relationship management. United States.
- Brevo — delivery of commercial email communications. European Union.
Other transfers. We may disclose your data to competent authorities where a legal obligation exists, and to legal, accounting or customs advisors where necessary to perform the contract. Under article 37 of the LFPDPPP, these transfers do not require your consent.
International transfers. Some of our vendors are located in the United States. When we transfer data of individuals in the EEA or the UK outside their territory, we do so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the applicable adequacy framework.
Outside of these cases, we will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent.
7. Your ARCO rights (Mexico)
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is not required for the purposes stated in this notice, and Object to its processing for specific purposes.
To exercise them, send a request to info@fruvex.mx including:
- Your name and an email address or postal address where we can send our reply.
- A copy of official identification proving your identity (or a power of attorney, if you act as a representative).
- A clear description of the data concerned and of the right you wish to exercise.
- Any document that helps us locate your data.
We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days. Where the request is granted, we will act on it within 15 business days of our reply. Exercising these rights is free of charge; you would only cover justified shipping or reproduction costs, if any.
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may contact INAI (home.inai.org.mx).
8. Withdrawing consent and limiting use
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time by writing to info@fruvex.mx. Please note that in certain cases we may not be able to action the withdrawal immediately — for example, where we must retain the data to comply with a legal obligation or to complete an ongoing transaction.
You may also ask us to stop sending you commercial communications. All of our emails include an unsubscribe link in the footer.
9. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
In addition to the above, the GDPR grants you the following rights:
- Access to your data and to a copy of it.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability: receiving your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Not to be subject to automated decisions with legal effects. We do not carry out such processing.
To exercise them, write to info@fruvex.mx. We will respond within a maximum of one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
10. If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect, for what purposes, and who we share it with.
- Access the specific personal information we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Fruvex does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, nor has it done so in the preceding twelve months. We also do not sell the information of minors under 16.
To exercise these rights, write to info@fruvex.mx with the subject line "CCPA Request".
11. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as a commercial relationship exists or we have a legitimate interest in following up on your request.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction: up to 24 months after the last contact.
- Customers: for the duration of the commercial relationship and, thereafter, for the period required by applicable tax and foreign trade obligations.
- Subscriptions to commercial communications: until you unsubscribe.
Once those periods elapse, the data is blocked and then securely deleted.
12. How we protect your data
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration: HTTPS encryption, access control on the administration panel, security headers on the server, and periodic backups.
No system is infallible. If we detected a security breach that significantly affects your financial or moral rights, we would notify you without delay so that you can take appropriate action.
13. Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. It is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we discover that we have received data from a minor, we will delete it.
14. Links to other websites
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. Fruvex does not control those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies or their content. We recommend reviewing the privacy notice of every site you visit.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices, in the technology we use, or in applicable law. The current version will always be published on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
Where a change is substantial — for example, if we began collecting different categories of data or using them for new purposes — we will inform you through the contact details you provided.
